Ninth Circuit Review of District Court’s TRO on Immigration Ban

A panel of three judges for the Ninth Circuit has scheduled a hearing for today, February 7, 2017, on whether or not to overrule the decision of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington to issue a temporary restraining order in the case of State of Washington v.
